"Service Dept Problems" I recently contacted BMW of Columbus, GA to have a recall performed on my X3. They had been sending text messages to prompt me to bring the vehicle in. I questioned in the text if they could do a pick up and drop off of a loaner and their response was "Not a problem, we'll make note of that in our system." That was on June 29, 2019 at 3:14PM per my saved text messages. "Aftermarket service" I don’t know that I could recommend this dealership. David Bass and Carrie Ellis are great and the only two service managers I’d use for service, but while sitting in David’s office I heard one of the big bosses chewing out a receptionist totally unprofessional should have had her come to his office, it was a situation about a valet for a ten year old car that was in for service. "Customer Service " In many cases customer service is NOT consistent...it’s either good one visit and bad the next. "Alignment if 128i " Discovered crack in wheel, result of accident not previously identified. Hopellyindurance will pay for repair. Tire condition was not safe to drive SA explained issue and arrangements made to bring car back for repair.
I think if BMW take the time to wash your car, it should be wiped dry. It looks terrible when not dried. Ihad to still go the car wash : (
