When I picked up my new 2022 M440i xDrive Convertible, we discovered a very obscure and almost impossible to detect issue with a break pedal sensor. Mackenzie and Pranav handled everything perfectly, arranged for a loaner, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and even delivered the fixed car up to New Hampshire, where we were living. I couldn't have asked for better problem resolution nor customer satisfaction. Thank you!
