"The service didn’t meet my expectations in terms of..." The service didn’t meet my expectations in terms of timing. Not well organised. Not enough stuff that is why it took so long. Example:It took me about 5-6 minutes in Mercedes dealerships to be out with the loaner car and it took me about 30 minutes to do it in BMW service. Plus, when I picked up my car the front license plate was hanging on one screw. Thanks to the technician he quickly found the correct screw to attach it. "Just picked up my car after annual service by Herb..." Just picked up my car after annual service by Herb Chambers BMW. They performed a complete check, sent me a video of the inspection and identified a number of things that needed attention. They completed everything in good time. I had reserved a free loaner (new BMW SUV), which meant I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. John Majeika was my service manager and was friendly, efficient and most considerate. Herb Chambers gets my five stars.
