"Excellent Service - Kudos to William Kramer" I took my leased car in for the 10k service. Was promptly met by Bill, provided an overview what to be done, time estimate and asked me to relax and he would keep me updated. Set the expectation for 2 hours. I was delighted that in less than 2 hours the car was ready, washed and cleaned and ready to go. "No problems at all" I'm a senior and a woman. Charlie was extremely thoughtful and guided me towards the perfect car for my needs. He spent a lot of time answering questions in an extremely respectful way. I love my new car and Charlie was perfect. I would definitely recommend him and plan to by my next car from him when I'm in my eighties.
"Aram and John D are the best!" I have had the best experience at bmw of Sudbury! Aram was the best finance manager and John D was the best in helping me pick out my car! They were both very efficient and very pleasant to work with!
"Great Overall Experience" (Charlie Karkaetedes): Could not ask for a better salesperson. We explained to Charlie that we came in looking for an X1 because we saw a really good deal on their website. Charlie looked up the deal and unfortunately the car with the deal was already sold. But he kept a nice positive attitude and told us that he was going to see if he could find us a deal that was close to what we were looking for. "Excellant experience " he is very professional and knowledgeable he explained the advantage and disadvantages of buying and leasing without putting any pressure like any other salespersons and even the follow up call after I bought my car if I have any questions.
"Great financing options " Aram Takvoryan is great and clearly explained all the options for financing my car which it was great, reading each page before signing the papers,not only that he offered me warranty options which it was great I am so happy he was the financing Manager I dealt with.

"Great car buying experience!" Great experience working with Pascal at BMW Sudbury. Quick process, open and honest communication right from the start, respectful and courteous, mindful of the customer’s time frame and preferences - really the perfect car buying experience. P.S. No hidden fees or clauses or pressure of any sort. Finance process was smooth, as was the car delivery / pickup process. Would do business with them again!

"X5 service" Erin always presents herself as competent, engaging professional, as is appropriate for a high end BMW dealership. She makes otherwise mundane service trips to the dealership a pleasure.
