Bad Experience to much favorites management is awful . Spoke to with fowl language . Was forgotten about like people never knew you wore still working for the company Needs new management .

I have conducted business through Advantage for the last 7 years and thousands of dollars maintaining and repairing my BMW. Recently, Advantage has lost their ability to maintain our relationship and provide good service. In my view, Advantage BMW are now making choices that tell me they don't want my business anymore. I talked to dealer rep about extended warranty. He gave me a quote addressed to LEOTIS? Because I'm black? I didn't identify myself as Leotis. WTF? Spend $80 k and get this treatment. Went elsewhere.
An employee driving a red Honda Accord with no tags but the advantage paper advertising plate on the rear pulled out of the parking lot blocking the cycling lanes. I hit my brakes hard before I plowed into his driver's door. he made no attempt to say sorry so I yelled profanities while he sped away. this was before noon ok n 4/23/20 I was once a customer and recently had my M5 at the sister dealer in CL. Never again.

I was overcharged by 5.5 hours of labor which translates into $950. My car was serviced for 6.5 hours and I was charged 13.5 hours for labor. This us appalling that they would say that they used booked time and did not define how it is calculated for that outrageous difference. So when you cheap on labor now I have to see if the wirk was actually done.
Organization, honesty, better product!
Shady business. It’s been 15 days since I dropped off my vehicle and signed over my title to BMW Midtown Houston. Sales person Ricardo had assured me that the transaction was done properly and I would have my funds wire transferred into my account within 7 days. I have not seen a penny from this transaction and they have posted my vehicle up on their website as a part of their sales inventory the day after I dropped it off.
