Kick ass service. They are always wonderful to work with. They did not however give me back an 4series M by mistake so there is that. �

Given inaccurate prices, I had to go the BMW in Clearlake got a quote for over $1000 less for the same repair. BMW midtown said will match it, when I went to pay they gave again the original price, when I told them the price did t look right, the service advisor said sorry let me correct the price only to come back with a $300 extra in the price, I asked what was the extra $300 for ? Then he said ups sorry it’s a mistake. Seriously there was a total mistake of $1500. Will never go back to this place, if you go to this place ... read more

If you're purchasing a vehicle these guys are awesome! Service, on the other hand, is a different story. I'm mean they've done a great job for me in the past. However recently, they've followed the lead of Momentum BMW and have employed the "We Recommend an Alignment Ripoff."

Your service delivery leaves much to be desired. It has taken me three days to get a set of tires you recommended to me. That is poor. It took 35 minutes to get my car yesterday, even though I called ahead. Also poor. Overall, very disappointed.

My initial experience was ok. But once I got my car back the covers for the engine were not secure at all and a lot of loose clamps were left unfasten. The most troubling part was that the following day my drive belt broke. I took the car to my local mechanic shop and was shown a belt shredded like a mop caused from a clamp left in the engine bay. Worst BMW experience in all areas: Customer Service, Repairs I moved to Houston less than a year ago and decided on Advantage BMW service due to location and convenience. I brought my car in for routine maintenance in January 2018 and everything checked out great according to the reports etc. Shortly after my routine maintenance I noticed smoke coming through my vents and hood. Brought my car in for a collision repair and oil leak. Found over $4000 worth of repairs, which I agreed to. First service advisor quit and clearly didn’t sign out his clients to the advisor taking over. Don’t get an update for days despite leaving multiple messages. Then finally get an update stating the car is at the collision center getting the bumper replaced and the other repairs have been completed. I took my car there to get an annoying warning fixed, they took $175 for diagnostics then could not find the cause of the warning and asked another $1000 to continue... not to fix it, not to find it, but to continue!

My salesman put forth an effort but management there is horrible and I will not be purchasing from Advantage BMW again. They sold me a very flawed car that has been in the shop longer so far than I have actually driven it as the owner. I would have thought being a repeat buyer would have had some value and due some extra consideration but nothing. Buyer beware!
