Service department is horrible.
Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I purchased a car with extended warranty in May 2019 only to cancel the warranty a couple of months later in hopes of a refund. Now Advantage BMW Midtown refuses to communicate with the company who provided my warranty so they can process the refund check to my lender. It's been 4 months since I cancelled my warranty and still no sign of my lender receiving a refund check from this place. Don't do business with these people.
Made an appointment was told after 3 hours car still has not been touched yet!! What kind of an appointment system is that?
The people are great very friendly nice but I bought my 2011 328i there lots of recalls but still likened the car so now I bring it the to get fixed last we computer out need fixed fixed then once fixed All of the sensors start going off so now I have to replace five senses fix all problems paid $3000 for all work they where helpful the fix gasket seal head gasket oil pan gasket for free a week later back there now the starters are $1200 I could’ve bought another used car for that
Writing for a friend not on FB. He had been waiting for a vehicle since Sunday. Today is Wednesday. The salesman John Williams set up a time for 1 pm today still waiting 2:20. Nobody will help. No one there cares because they were sent upstairs where no one is at. If I was there I would tell yall to shove the car.
I will not be back. I brought my car in for a static noise inside the car and was told it was feedback noise from the rear amplifier. Parts and labor sale price to replace the amp was $1094.88. When I picked it up and was about to pay, my service advisor told me the noise was still there when the amp was replaced and the noise was traced to a loose wire in the radio. Recommendedif you're looking for any car go and see their inventory first. I do recommend them.
I come at 1 pm amd left at 3 pm,just inspections for registration sticker, i asked can they wash my car she said yes but i will wait 1 30 min more i said ok ,thinking they will wash my car ,they just flip your car with simple water ...ohhhh BMW... DISAPOINTED....
