I don't know what there service is like but the New Year's Party was awful. I even paid for VIP just to stand up and watch other ppl sit in VIP sections. Poor planning!
I test drove a vehicle with them, the sales agent was Edward Massa. After several text messages and phone calls we agreed on a drive-out price. The day the bank had all the documentations ready, and the car insurance ready the dealer decided not to honor the agreed price and I was notified that the dealer had increase the drive-out price. Was not pleased with today’s visit. Only needed to have coolant refilled and the Service Advisor recommended tire rotation and balance. Was quoted one price but the invoice price higher plus an additional miscellaneous fees for the use of the lift and waste disposal. I purchased the maintenance plan and I feel the advisor was just trying to get me to purchase unnecessary maintenance. Also my car was not ready as promised.

Joseph Aguirre, my service advisor, went out of his way to compensate for the fact that, despite my making the appointment and reserving a loaner car two weeks in advance, I had no loaner. I was not advised of this prior to my appointment which proved to be incredibly inconvenient for me as I was without a car all day. When I bought each of my cars from Advantage, I was assured getting a loaner would be no problem. Clearly this isn’t the case nor is a courtesy call advising of the lack of cars. Took over an hour to get back at me after taking my keys. They didn’t ask me what was wrong with the car. They parked my car in the parking lot without doing anything. They thought that the car was already fixed. I had to talk to the manager to find out whats going on. I am very unimpressed with the service I received!
You dare not want me to put my disgraceful experience on a public arena.

An ok experience... definitely not great. First, it took 1.5 hours to get checked in and get a loaner. The loaner desk had one person checking people out at the busiest time of the day (yes, I had an appointment) My representative was friendly and knowledgeable. My car was ready in one day, which was quicker the estimated, nice. No complaints about quality of mechanical service Was told my car was ready at 11, arranged pickup at 4, car still not ready for an additional hour and came out not washed nor cleaned
