RecommendedKevin was great- very knowledgeable. Love my 2015 convertible. The good needed some painting and it was completed very quickly. Financing was easy as well. No high pressure sales - it was a great experience.

RecommendedTook wife’s car in for a tire issue presumed fixed just 3 days earlier at another BMW location. Notified my advisor, Joe Aguirre, who took all paper work and handled everything after that like he always does. Picked up car on Tuesday. Returned the loaner he had reserved for us, and my wife is happy again!!! As always ‘service’ above and beyond! Thank you again Joe!!! 11 out of 10 stars! 😉

RecommendedFloyd Lopez, my service advisor, was so nice and helpful when I brought my 335i for service and brake check since it was squeaking. He texted me updates on the status of the service and estimate time of completion so I can come back to pick up my car without having to wait. He went out of his way to explain and show me how my brake pads is not worn out yet and offered to clean out the dirt to help the squeaking. He was very professional and nice. Would definitely come look for Floyd again on the next service!
