Very High Class and welcoming. My service advisor Floyd Lopez spent time explaining the process and what we should and shouldn’t expect. When our X6 was not going to be ready when we expected, Floyd text to assure that everything was ok.
Had a great service experience today at Advantage BMW Midtown. Ben Lacey is my service advisor. My M240 needed an oil change and they spotted a nail in my tire when I rolled in. So they were able to take care of both issues at once. And I got my car back in just a few hours. Great job!

I initially went to Advantage with the intentions of purchasing a used vehicle, test drove the car, completed the paperwork and was then asked to walk to the new car building to complete the transaction. When we walked in and saw a fab X2 on the showroom floor I was in love! My sales person Ricky Williams together with Garrett Coleman the new car manager completed the transition to the new car paperwork in a flash! Love the experience at Advantage!
