Paul did good job helping me select a car and getting me what i want. Pretty good experience all around. They made it pretty easy - but not cheap
Paul was a great sales rep to work with. He took the time to explain the acquisition process as well as the pros/cons of owning this type of vehicle. I appreciated his candor when discussing add-ons/ options for the vehicle as he didn't treat them on a dollars basis but on a technical basis. Paul was also very transparent with the lease vs. buy option and didn't push whatever internal objective he might have had, but instead let me make the decision for myself.
After agreeing to lease a 2018 430i Grand Coupe Tim Morrison kept us informed of progress and delivery with text, email and phone calls. Before delivery a small scratch was discovered on bumper. They would not deliver the car until this was corrected to my satisfaction. This is an example of thoroughness of this dealership. Mr Morrison accommodated my schedule for a new delivery date. I had a pleasant experience at the BMW store. I dropped off my leased vehicle without problems and got my new car. The BMW genius was knowledgeable and explained things about my new car very well. My dealer was extremely responsive throughout the process and answered several questions in a timely fashion. I would recommend Dean to anyone.
Dropping off lease vehicle was very easy and customer service went beyond my expectations . Ric Koresky from Sales was very accommodating and quick to answer all my questions.
We were pleasantly surprised with our experience at the BMW Store! We were greeted almost immediately by Brian and felt that we were a valued customer from start to finish. We did not expect to lease a car that afternoon, but we felt comfortable and trusted that Brian was honest and upfront with all of the details. I recently purchased an X3 from Mat and did not anticipate such a wonderful buying experience. Mat was professional yet personable, super knowledgeable, added no pressure and made sure that I had all of the information needed to make the best decision for me.
