The BMW Store is a great place to buy a car! I've just purchased my fourth vehicle from them and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The convenience and service they offer is the best. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
My experience purchasing a new M3 from Dean Stathes exceeded all expectations. In addition to working directly with Dean, the broader team of Ric Koresky and Cyndi Bensman ensured that every detail of the new car build, special requests (e.g., non-stock wheels), M performance parts, and aftermarket accessories were flawlessly sourced and executed. I enjoyed their professionalism, candor, and overall effort to make sure I was a satisfied customer. If I had to repeat the entire experience, I would do it again in a heartbeat.
Dean, Ric, Conor, Katelyn, And Matt great guys to work with. They made everything so easy from turning in my old car to leasing a new one. If you are in the processing of leasing or buying, these are the guys to go to.

We needed to extend our existing lease due to being out of town when our existing lease expired. Ric Koresky was most helpful in setting up our 2 month extension and when we did lease our new BMW Ric, Paul Kolleck, Katelyn Linnemann, Susan Ward, and Conor O'Somachain worked with us to end our existing lease, explain the features of the new car, and obtain the car and lease agreement we wanted. This is the 3rd car I have purchased from the BMW Store and 2nd from Paul. Previously I had chosen cars from stock and I more or less "settled" from what happened to be available at the time. This time around, I started early enough before my lease was up to try and understand and compare the different models and options and get exactly what I wanted. We recently bought out our BMW lease and also purchased a new BMW X1. The process was awesome! Ric Koresky and his amazing team worked around our schedule for purposes of test driving, going over the paperwork and doing the final walk through/overview of the new car.
