Matt was very helpful and made the experience quick and easy. I live 100 miles away and Matt had everything ready when I came to get the car. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
Paul Kolleck was very professional and had excellent knowledge of the BMW product as well as the competitors offerings. This is the second vehicle I have leased through Paul and he is very good at his job, in follow up and in support through the selection process. Susan Ward, the product expert who helped me understand all vehicle functions at pick up was also very good and thorough.
After a very disappointing experience 'elsewhere in the city', The BMW Store offers a refreshing, non-pressure, kind sales environment. I found everyone responsive and knowledgeable. No long drawn-out hassle either. Try these folks before you go shopping elsewhere. And, make sure to ask Conor to tell you an Irish joke (or two.)
I was able to get the exact car I wanted with little to no fuss. I would definitely buy another car from The BMW Store again.
We were looking at a used 540 and saw the new 2017 540i x-drive M Package on the show room floor. Tim began to show my wife and me the car and it sold itself. In today's world it is a pleasure to deal with professionals that know what they are doing and make sure all of their counterparts in pother departments give as much care to their clients as they do themselves. I recently took delivery on a new 2018 440i xDrive convertible at the BMW Store - but I was first introduced to my car at BMW Welt in Munich. The staff at the Welt made European Delivery of a BMW a special experience. When we met our advisor, he led us to a monumental staircase leading to the cars.
