Dean Stathes was very helpful to me in finding a good deal on buying a BMW X1. He quickly understood what is important to me in the deal, and made an offer that was hard to resist. Dean and the other staff members at The BMW Store are very friendly and helpful before and after a car sale. I would definitely consider buying another car from this dealership in the future and would recommend it to others.

A few days ago, I walked into The BMW Store in Cincinnati to ask some questions about the lease-end process for my 2015 428i convertible, which was originally leased at that dealership; and drove-off later in the day with a newly leased 2018 M4. I have had a very positive dealership experience at the BMW Store. My sales associate Brian Dipaolo, worked around the clock for me answering any questions I had about my vehicle and did everything in a prompt and professional matter. I will go back to him when I purchase my next BMW. I would also like to mention Conor, Andre, and Ric for being a great help as well.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. This is my second BMW and I bought the last one at Jake Sweeney. My experience at the BMW store was a zillions times better. If my next car is. BMW I will definitely come back here and will recommend the BMW store to anyone I know interested in getting a BMW.

We pulled into the dealership not realizing that we would buy a car. Like many people , we were just out to compare types of cars. My husband even brought his tape measure. The staff was prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. This dealership has a great variety of inventory to choose from and the staff is top notch. While we were not planning on buying a car the day we stopped in the The BMW Store, our salesperson, Brian DiPaolo, was so informative on our test drive that we bought the vehicle on the spot!
