I gave a four star because the customer service agent I spoke with advise it’s best to schedule an appointment if not I will be waiting for a massive period of time. With my appointment I was waiting in the lobby for an hour pretty took up my entire lunch break. Then the shuttle driver took his sweet time. Overall the experience was very Mediocre...

Service took way longer than anticipated, was promised my car by 1:30 didn’t get it until after 3🙁

Crap! The only BMW dealer that don't loan us a car. If there are nearer service center we will not go here.

What a rip off this place is! $73 to replace a brake bulb! Really ??? I advised I had the bulb, just needed it put in, down to $53! Lol. It’s a lot cheaper for me to do it myself and break a nail!! Lol I have had this 2 min service completed as a courtesy, while driving cross country! I find it deplorable that they actually try to charge their customers $20 for a $2 bulb!!

I went in for a recall issue to my airbags. I own a BMW 330i. I had a few bucks in my ashtray, that I always stash, for my car washes. When my Beemer was returned to me my car wash money was gone.. My airbags are still not operating correctly because the airbag icon still appears on my dashboard. I won't go here again. There are plenty of dealerships that don't have employees stealing from their customers. Terrible service. My boyfriend paid them $1400 to fix his convertible and the damn thing doesn't even work still. We picked up the car and they didn't even wash it. Worse customer service ever.

Horrible service dept. Service adviser surely thought highly of himself- arrogant and offered little help. N55 charge pipe failure is common and have many precedence of being covered under "induction system" which is clearly spelt out in the extended warranty contract as a warrentable item. The service adviser initially claimed that a debris hit the charge pipe causing the flange of pipe to fail (the debris will have to go through quite a few parts to reach that spot), then gave a blanket statement that "all plastic parts" a... read more
