All cameras started showing mulfuctions after a tire service.Did you forget to mount the screws back or what?Gave me a yaris as a loaner (i drive 7 series)and I paid extra for an upgrade to a very dirty infinity (I believe some drunk puked in that car)
Called to see about getting my 7 series looked at, but they don't work on cars with after market wheels. I'm pretty sure 1/4 BMW's have after market wheels on them. I guess you can pick and choose who you provide service to when you're the only dealership in the middle on nowhere. The receptionist was unprofessional and I had to call twice just to reach the service dept. to be told we can't help you�

Apparently, if you don't look like you can afford a BMW, the sales people don't even bother to acknowledge you! BTW... I can afford a $75K car! Thanks for ignoring me, and I'll make my purchase at CREVIER BMW!

This is the worst dealer ship for there service department. Brought 320i in for engine and brake problem came out the same pick up car to see that my headlamps lens both sides where both shattered And yet the service Manger said that is how it came in when the car went in they check the car for any damages and give the customer the copy they notice there was a small Chip in the paint on the hood in front of the headlamp but did not note that. I had an appointment today for an oil change and to replace the thermostat that has a recall on it. Appointment was made for Noon. I was reassured twice that my car would be done same day and I wouldn't be needing a loaner vehicle. So, I sat at the dealership with a toddler for hours. At 4pm I asked if the car was ready and she replied it'll be done by 5pm because that's what time the service department closes. 4:46 rolls around and they inform me that they haven't even gotten to my car yet!! This place is a scam. They try to talk down to you and being that they're "BMW" they'll try to swindle you, thinking you'll believe what they're saying. They hide behind a badge of a reputable and well known manufacturer. It's sad that such a praised company has any ties with a dealership like this one. Ontario BMW service department will swindle you! I know better than to take my cars to the stealership, I have a 04 330ci six speed very competent mechanic just didn't have the tools to do what was needed to my car, went to have four things addressed to the vehicle, tanaka air bag recall, alignment, DME update to latest software (car had a shutter at 2500-3000), and A/C was a little low (blowing warmer on the right vent on center vents). Very disappointed in the decline in customer service over the years. I have purchased a total of 3 vehicles here but seriously thinking about going with Mercedes next time.
