Trash worse dealership experience ever been to vw dodge Ford Mercedes benz no follow up on vehicle no phone calls service writer always declined additional work never gave us a call about it only would find out when we picked it up on one occasion under body panels missing another occasion trunk panels removed not put back items not address not fixed .. long story short ac wasn't cold BMW techs stated 70 degrees was normal .. took it back said check it again.. they wanted to replace the ac compressor .. it was a 139 dollar h... read more

Worst service department I've ever dealt with for a car. Do NOT use the service department here. I had an appointment scheduled yesterday at 10:30. They did not even touch my car all day. I've called twice today for a status update since they are supposed to be running a diagnostic but have yet to get a response. What is the point of an appointment if your car isn't even looked at within an hour of dropping it off? And why can NO ONE respond to me about my car. My time is valuable and I hate having some crappy enterprise car... read more

bad service department and customer service, brought my car in for service in June, 2017 and they forgot to reset my service light which the computer is showing it needs service again. Called the service department and they ask me to bring it back again wihtout offering any other option, what a poor service team. I will broight this attention to BMW North America team for this bad experience....

You would think when you spend that much money on a vehicle & also have valet service, you would get good service. I can't even say I got decent service. Had my car for a month. Crappy dirty loaner cars. Don't return messages. I will not be back. They should send us surveys like they do after we purchase. Maybe they'd realize how much business they'll lose.

I've grown up around the dealership. Nice/awesome salesmen/women is required to run this kind of business so be cognizant of the great reviews you're writing about your cool sales associate...Ok, let's now shift our focus onto BMW of Ontario. The absolute worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Rude over the phone from start to finish, male, female, service Dept, sales, rudeness and lack of customer service was evenly distributed across the board. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went there to buy a car cover for my 750Li. No real prob with that. But witnessing all the dissatisfaction in over 12 customers while I was there ensured I would never go there again for anything. Bottom line most of the staff is very immature and unprofessional to say the least.

This place is a joke. Had my car for a week just to replace oil pan. Two hours later after picking up my car check engine light comes on. Yep I know this was on BMW part but hey I return the car at 7:00am two days later don't receive a call til 5:30pm to tell me that I need spark plugs and charge $174 for diagnosis and want me to spend $521 on spark plus when this should of been caught on the first visit. Speed up today of course my service advisor will smith is never available so I get this other advisor that tells me about... read more
