The service department is terrible. They are irresponsible and their customer service is poor.

Very bad car and company .they have zero experience about service and I don’t recommend anyone to go there or Buy BMW .i send my car there more than 5 times until now they can’t fix it .its 2019 x3 .every time they find new Issues .
They have no care in the world .. takes for ever for a service advisor

We had to take our 2015 into BMW of Ontario last week due to the transmission putting it self into park and not letting it move. After getting it towed to the service department they advised us that we needed to replace the transmission at $14,000.00!!! Our service representative suggested that we let him reach out to the area rep about the transmission because it seemed odd that a 2015 with just over 70,000 miles would need that much work. My disappointment with BMW of Ontario actually started a few years ago when they were Savage BMW. I had a very dishonest encounter with the parts department which was brought to my attention by another BMW dealer, BMW of Riverside. I stopped all association with Savage BMW after that encounter. I gave a four star because the customer service agent I spoke with advise it’s best to schedule an appointment if not I will be waiting for a massive period of time. With my appointment I was waiting in the lobby for an hour pretty took up my entire lunch break. Then the shuttle driver took his sweet time. Overall the experience was very Mediocre...
