Would drive 6 hours to purchase from them again. We were looking for 3Series- we found the car at this location- it had the package we wanted and then some. Unfortunately this dealership was 350 miles away. We called to verify the car was available, it was and they put it on hold for us. As easy as it gets For the most part, a dealer is a dealer. You can order the same car anywhere. What sets Steven's Creek BMW apart from the others is the people. I told the salesman (Rocky) what I wanted and a few weeks later, the car arrived exactly how I wanted it. He helped gather all my credit information ahead of time and the purchase process took less than 45 minutes. This is the fifth car my family has purchased here in the past 10 years and as long as they continue to treat us this way, we will always come back.
