Great new car buying experience - fair prices Stevens Creek is a great dealership. I really like the way they price their vehicles transparently and avoid the typical car dealer negotiations. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in as well.

Warrantee service pretty good My advisor was very attentive and even accommodated for items I forgot to report when initially bringing the car in. He was very professional and responsive. While I don't blame him, my car was cleaner than I brought it in, but still pretty dirty. Might just want to to a QA on the washing. The only reason for the 4 of 5 is the inability to reach service via phone in advance. I think this is a basic requirement for Service and calling unsuccessfully three times to reach a human to schedule an app... read more
