Pleasantly Surprised On a vehicle buying trip for another family member, we stopped here to look at new BMW's. Our 2004 325ci was still in good shape but my plans were to get a new one this year. Salesman was very pleasant and honest with me about the purchase of a new BMW. He mentioned BMW rebates that were going on at the time and that sparked my interest a bit. Car Buying Review Overall my experience met my expectations. Some issues with the car after purchasing, but that is expected with buying a used car vs. new. The point is they did what needed to be done to fix the issues and did it with a smile. I'm high maintenance, so kudos to Omar Draz and Michael Spanton for being so accommodating and patient with me. Purchasing a BMW certified pre owned vehicle Ron Ryan is very knowledgeable and responsive. Buying a car is not pleasant but between Ron and the finance person, it went very smoothly.
