Used to love this place. I took my car in for an oil change and it came back out with a huge deep scratch on my bumper. It was not there prior to taking it in. Taylor denied it was them. I don’t believe it. I know every scratch on my car and my car stays in the garage. Future reference-take photos of your car prior to dropping it off. You think as a luxury dealership they would offer that like Jackie Cooper in OKC and many of the other dealerships around Tulsa. I came in for a repair on my car, scheduled an appt for the work to be done and was told it would be ready in 1.5 hours or so. For some reason they didn’t think it important to send out the part before I got there for painting. Ended up having to leave my car down there for the night for a simple fix that they were ill-prepared for even though I scheduled it almost a week in advance. I hadn't bought a new (to me) car in nearly 20-years and I'd spent 1yr 8mo searching for the perfect car. I thought I'd found it in a 2016 BMW 750i xDrive at BMW of Tulsa. The salesperson was easy to deal with and we got everything set up easily just through text. They had my deposit, I had a PPI scheduled for Friday, and intended make the 3hr trip to pick the car up Saturday. Friday rolls around.
