I am a first time BMW owner and the service department to say the very least was disappointing!! I have a Lexus for 10 years and their service department has always been respectful and easy to work with when I needed repairs! 1. Communication skills with service lacking 2. Left my car at 8am for service. Couldn’t get a loaner which is understandable in the current events going on. Service department closes at 6pm and I have no car and no update on anything going on with the vehicle. Called sales to ask if they could check if my vehicle was inside or outside so I could get something out of the car and the sales person had an attitude an was rude and grinned and was like I guess when I asked if he could check for me. I used the online builder for a lease and got a response the next day from the internet sales person asking some questions and when did I want to come in for a drive. I responded the answers and that I wouldnt be coming in as I have bought my last 4 cars both local and out of state without driving them. The lady responded again wanting to know when I could come in for a test drive and not providing the information I asked for. Dan and his sales and tech genius team sale to customers with lies and then refuse to do the right thing. I was sold a vehicle under the impression of several features that they confirmed it had only to find out after the fact it did not. Dan Bakker does not appreciate customers and after his initial lies that they could not do anything, he chose at dealer discretion not to correct his teams misleading sales tactics. I would never recommend anyone to work or purchase from this dealership.

Dylan was absolutely amazing as a sales person! We didn’t run into any issues until after the sale was completed. The management there then tried to change the agreed-upon terms... things that were going to “get handled” suddenly not able to be taken care of. They are nice to your face at the beginning, but after the fact will do anything to try and maximize their personal profit... I have bought many high end vehicles and never had this happen before. I was quoted a price for a car by the sales manager. Took a test drive and told the salesman I would take the car. When the salesman wrote down the numbers, they were higher. I mentioned it to the salesman and he went and got a different manager who said that the price I was heard was wrong and tracked me down in the service area to let me know I was wrong. However, they were unwilling to get the manager who quoted me the price. Some how he had slipped out. Just don’t like being played.

Money was stolen from our car while in the service department. It was there for two hours for a recall.

The sales and sales management staff. They work very hard to earn your business They go out of the box to satisfy the customer
