My review is on service. I really like my advisor, Travis, so this is not against him personally. I dropped my car off at 10am Saturday for a brake light. Got it back Wednesday morning for a sensor and new spark plugs. My biggest issue coming here is they obviously work on commission!!! That is fine, but after 3 phone calls want to go from $107 to $1160 on silly things that can be fixed much cheaper is just insane. Sell what is needed, not what helps your pocket and you will keep customers for life instead of us going elsewh... read more

I won't go into great detail, but, I will say this experience was the worst ever. I truly felt like I was dealing with "carnies from the fair!" I can't believe in 2018 these business tactics are allowed. I'm so glad I started recording phone and in person conversations. The people I've shared these with are shocked beyond belief. Typical comment "isn't that fraud or against the law" their comments. Every time I've asked to talk with GM I get diverted to GSM...

Can't give 0 so 1 it is. Our experience was with the service dept and BMW driver assistance, two blown tires on 1-40. BMW driver assistance sent for a tow and Lyft driver. Tow company awesome Lyft NEVER showed.thankful to ride 5 deep in the front of The rollback. Service acted as if they had no clue we were coming even though a three way call w Driver Assist and parts had already occurred as well as calling dealership myself to let them know we were on the way and our eta. I recently had a service appointment and it was because my service engine light was on, so when I went into to pick up my car the light was still on. The service department hasn’t even addressed it. So I had to get another loaner and they kept my car overnight. This happens to me a lot here . 7:30 am appointment for an oil change and my car was not ready at 6 pm! So they asked me to bring it back for the car wash!! Now that it is out of warranty I will have it serviced elsewhere.

Very cocky Saleswoman hit the light pole when backing the SUV out for me to test drive. She didn’t call me after I left for dinner when I told her to get me more information on the carfax. I had to contact her myself. Told her I wanted to make a deal. Filled out my loan app first thing the next morning and called them to get stuff started and the car was already sold the night before. I had my car serviced in March for the battery not holding a charge after it sat for three days and then the steering wheel lock would not disengage. Needless to say the extended warranty I have didn't cover it so after a $270 dollar tow and a $1600 dollar bill less than three months later and the same thing has happen again and the now say it is a completely different component that didn't show up last time and telling me it's going to be another $270 tow and $1400 bill. Don't ever buy anything from BMW of Tulsa! They screw you royally on a lease. The amount they made me pay to tag my vehicle was $125.00 more than it actually cost. Still haven't got the refund from that Now we paid off the remaining lease payments and the bank sent them the wrong amount. They won't refund my money until my lease is up. $3200.00 overpaid that they want to keep until November! Time to get an attorney.
