I was given an 8:00 am appointment, and by about 3 pm they had not even started on my car. I had to keep the loaner and make another trip to the dealership the next day.

i called for appointment so I can b.c.e serviced on time. i waited for 2 hours only to find out they only did oil change on my car. If I didn't go to the office, Inwill be waiting longer. That shouldn't take 2 hours.

CANT GIVE 0 SO GIVING 1!!! DO NOT EVER LEASE OR BUY A CAR FROM BMW TULSA THEY HAVE NO RESPECT AND COURTESY FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I went to BMW Tulsa to rent a BMW, after signing my lease I was told that I could take the coverage for my tires/windshield/dents out at any point. Service manager never notified me with a promised quote/review of the work required despite me giving him my recent, updated phone number (this goob kept trying to call a number in my service profile I said was no longer working; they were supposed to update the record but never did). I also put this on Google. But think it deserves as much visibility as possible. I was really disappointed in the service I received. I came in specifically to look at a 2015 2 Series M Sport, and wanted to see it up close and drive it. Apparently Sterling Ellis treats his customers like crap.
they can't keep employees more than a year, black and white, don't know how to do customer service I finally made some progress, but overall, I will buy a BMW in Dallas.

Check engine light on, they do repairs & I didn't even make it back to Claremore when it started acting up & the fan motor making noise (didn't when I took it in) I call the & return the car. Total $6000 & they don't give military discount so he said that they would fill up the tank with diesel. I pick up the car & it's almost empty on fuel. Had a half tank when I took it in. LIERS LIERS LIERS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK
