Failed to honor warranty on a parts. The people at the parts desk are the most uninspired employees you’re likely to meet. ANYWHERE. If a solution doesn’t present itself they are loathe to try to find it. One only need to glance at my page to see the love I have for the vehicles, but I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND anyone seeking European luxury/performance to give Porsche a long hard look.

Took over two weeks to get key been doing business with ten for years never had so many problems ask for shop Ming to call me never did or follow up can’t believe way I was treated after years of going there with multiple cars

I drive a 5 series and it has 58000 miles on it.My car broke down middle of the road when i was on my way to work.I had to tow the car to the dealer and after couple of days they found out my timing chain is broken and told me they had to file a case with the BMW company at Germany.After few days they told me that i am getting a free engine replacement.Thank you BMW Tulsa and shout out to Travis my service adviser for the exceptional service.

Worst customer service ever!! If you don't make $100,000 a year don't bother going!! They weren't eager to find me a good deal, vehicle and monthly payment wise! I had to call on a daily to get info. Pretty sure it should've been the other way around. They just didn't want to bother with a measly 18,000 vehicle I was trying to purchase!

I bought tire & rim warranty and windshield warranty when I ordered my 2017 BMW. Waste of purchase .. the SERVICE department in Tulsa found a hole in my back passenger tire and said insurance does not cover it because tread was to low?? But my other 3 tires were fine and if hole/rupture in my run-flat would have been in those would have been covered. I also had to pay for a new rim because cosmetic scratch isn’t covered either. Let us just say we had a terrible experience there this past week at our long time dealer here in Tulsa. If you are thinking about buying here give me a shout, we can show you the documents Basically textbook mishandling of an error (fully on their part). That is our most recent experience.

I purchased a Car from BMW of Tulsa on August 25th and they had to redo the paperwork on September 25th due to a mistake the processor at their dealership made at which time they gave me a new paper tag good for another 30 days, No big deal right? Not until I went to tag it and there were 77.00 worth of penalties because they had notarized the title when I first purchased it and never changed it. Everything was good until I got to finance, and they talk you into extended warranties which I found out the hard way are not even warranties it is insurance that has deductibles, so after paying an extra 5 grand for warranties I was told were very good, I tried to use the tire and wheel warranty, they told me with this warranty if I got a nail in my tire they put a new tire on no questions asked, well I got a nail, went in and then they inform me there’s a 100 dollar deductible, and that it’s actually an insurance policy th... read more

Had the worst experience not once but twice from this dealership. Decided to give it another try and pulled in and immediately saw a salesperson standing outside watching for customers. Followed our vehicle til we stopped and when we asked to look at specific vehicles he went in for keys and never showed back up but rather sent someone else out to help us claiming he had a customer he was helping.
