"10k service" my first experience with Kuni. My adviser, Grant was excellent and while setting up the service simultaneously got my loaner car arrangement done and I was out in 10 min. The video of the external inspection with commentary was superb.

"Phenomenal Repair service " My service advisor did a phenomenal job of getting my car repaired. He handled the service communication extremely professionally and was very courteous and explained the issue on hand very clearly. He did his best and went above and beyond the call of duty to get the repair needed in a timely manner. He worked hard to bring the cost of the service down. I would recommend him highly.

"Problem with the bmw connect app" I had problems logging in to the bmw connect app. William, as soon as he got to know about that, he registered me in the database and helped me in the creation of the account. In and out in less than 10 mins.
"Awesome service experience" I took my car in to get the Advanced Car Eye 2.0 installed. It’s a new product that they’ve never done before. They took the time to do the installation right, keeping my car for as long as was needed to do it properly. Furthermore, they did a whole inspection and sent me a video of the inspection to see what they’re referring to (a first for me).
