"Very Accomodating" Priscilla was very helpful. I called on Friday for a service appointment and she got me in on Monday. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Problem solved the same day. She communicated with me every step. Highly recommend.
"Oil change and door rattle" My first BMW I bought through Kuni and they were great. Bought this one from Portland BMW and nothing but night mare with them. Took a week just to change oil,a few other problems including damaging it. Went back to Kuni and they are so helpful, accommodating. No one wants to get car worked on but it is better at Kuni
"BMW buying made easy" I just bought my second BMW from Kuni BMW. Both experiences were very smooth. Jakob Lund in particular is very good at explaining what is important in the car buying experience, and what is not. I can’t imagine buying a BMW from any other dealer.

"Quality is No. 1" Kuni is the only dealership l have used in the past 20 years. They are committed to service and knowledge of their product. Women are always treated with respect, even when we don’t know the technical terms for problems.
"Vehicle was taken in for a recall. " After taking the vehicle in for a recall, several onboard computer issues developed. Through there efforts they were able to diagnose and fix the computer in the vehicle. A brief discussion about who was at fault for the repairs and Kuni took the high road and said they would repair the vehicle at no charge. The repairs took several trips to get done but never the less I was provided with a loaner and great customer service. Thank you for all your efforts.
"Annual maintenance & new wheel installation " Regular, professional and friendly communication from Grant and Don (parts). No pressure for non-critical maintenance needs. Treated me like a regular, not a first time client. Adhered to quotes, provided clear explanations. Superior!!!
