"Wonderful experience" Had a flat tire; service folks were so accommodating, got there without an appointment, but was able to fit me into their schedule. My daughter and I waited in their lobby filled with delicious treats and comfortable seating as well as entertainment from their large screen. The service reps were so friendly and knowledgeable. "Audra was great facilitating my service appointment." Exceeded my expectations. Appointment scheduled for two hours work was completed in 90 minutes including a hand wash and vacuum. Audra was great to work with.
"Superior Service" I have owned three different BMWs, and all of them have been serviced and maintained by Kuni. In the past I have owned other vehicles in the luxury segment, but this is clearly the best maintenance facility that I have ever encountered. If a maintenance curveball happens they are accommodating and swift to resolve any issues. Yesterday my service advisor was David Stout. "Service" David Fernando always treated me good. He has an excellent service. This is my second x5 and he always handle My cats with care. No complain at all
"Repair mining " Did a good job on the recall work but the blatant repair mining was obnoxious. Said I needed to replace a couple of things to the tune of $850 but did not give any details to how worn they were or expected life. One of the things was so basic it should be cover under the warranty. With all the recalls and “needed” repairs it makes me wonder if I want own another BMW. Davion the service guy was good.
"Service appointment. " Took my car in for a tire replacement and an HVAC odor issue. Service advisor Chris LaPorte explained the Hvac issue in detail and provided stellar customer service. I am not used to this kind of professionalism from an auto dealer. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed.
"Everything we wanted and more" Visited the dealership for a vehicle we saw on AutoTrader just to find out that it had not arrived yet. (HINT: If the ad doesn't have pictures, it is not on the lot yet. Understandable) However, we knew the vehicle that we wanted and communicated it to our salesman Andre. With our vehicle that we wanted there are limited allocations and they happened to have one more available that they were going to build to the dealers specifications.
