"Front washer unit needed replacing ." Priscilla was great thru the whole process, She had to deal with a third party warranty service and she kept me aware of all that what was going on. Her calm nature kept me calm thru the few hiccups we encountered. .
"Overall experience " Clean showroom, friendly staff, and knowledgeable.... there were a couple of things that disappointed me but I’m ok with their service. I thought it would be a better buying experience based on their reviews and reputation.

"Great customet service" Beautiful clean, modern showroom, conveniently located. Knowledgeable employees. Warm welcoming and professional. The sales team explains, but there is no high pressure selling - brilliant. The complimentary car was at the end of service is a nice way to finish.
"Excellent Service Visit" This service visit was excellent. I took my 2016 X3 in for regular maintenance and everything was covered under warranty. I also made a last minute request to have the car detailed and they accommodated that perfectly.
"Kuni Provides Excellent Service" Kuni service is excellent and their inspections are thorough to maintain car in superb condition. We will continue to use Kuni service center for most of our auto service needs.
"Amazing review " Amazing service! Please quit asking me for compliments. I’ve said plenty in my reviews. Really. My rating is falling, I really have to put a 25 word minimum for a review. You really should fix this, I could have put few words for an amazing compliment but no . . . I had to be pushed to say more. Which will be to complain now. Is this enough verbiage?
