"BMW X 3" I went to buy a New BMW X3. They didn’ t have the car with the exact tier and packages I was looking for but they were able to locate one from another dealership and it was delivered within few days. Fare price. Great experience!
"Recall service, some up selling" Went in for recall service, but there was some apparent up selling. Tires and battery flagged during evaluation. This is probably OK. I was told, however, that the engine cooling system should be replaced at a cost of $3500. But, there was no explanation of how they arrived at this conclusion. Was there some diagnostic test? Is the system prone to failure in this model? I left not knowing exactly what to think about this diagnosis.
"Excellent personal, customer service" A bit a a drive but worth it for sure. We ( dogs too) were treated wonderfully by all we encountered. They helped me to find my perfect car. Our salesman and other staff stayed late to complete our purchase, without making us feel rushed. They took their time to explain everything aim detail and made sure we were comfortable before driving off the lot. All we spoke with were very passionate and knowledgeable.
"Davion was great" Quick service took care of my issue. davion was friendly and helpful. My car needed a starter and Kuni had it taken care of in 1 day.
