"Highly recommend this place " I’m a new customer to Kuni BMW and I have to say, I was pretty impressed. The employees there were very friendly and helpful. My advisor was great! She was able to answer all the questions and concerns that I had, and she didn’t rush it through. I didn’t have much work done to my vehicle but I can tell a difference from before and now. Best part, they do courtesy wash and vacuum!!
"Great experience" Service facility was extremely clean. I was able to drop off my car and get a free loaner within a few minutes. The problem was diagnosed quickly, and even though my car was out of warranty, Kuni provided a substantial discount on the parts and service. They kept me updated with progress on the repair, and had the car ready (clean inside and out) when promised.
"Best Service in Town" Kuni BMW is the best service department I've worked with. They email when my car needs service, get me in on days & times that work best for me, always concerned about what I will need while the car is being serviced (loaner, work space, refreshments, etc.), and work quickly. "Nice, reasonable experience " Was sent a reasonable offer to trade in our 4-year old 320i on a new one. We wanted a light colored interior and manual transmission, both of which were hard to find. The sales rep was patient and helpful in looking for what we wanted. Ended up giving up on the manual gearbox, but got the interior we wanted, and in a 330 rather than 320, and got a fair price.
"Setting the bar for excellence" I genuinely enjoy bringing in my vehicle for service to the Kuni BMW dealership. Having owned many different makes and models before, I have to say that Kuni ranks in the top 3 dealerships I have had the pleasure of dealing with across the nation (7 different states including HI) for vehicle service. "quick accommodating pleasant" As always, the service staff at Kuni were great to work with. They accommodated a surprise service need for us and managed to put us in a loaner vehicle... while never letting on that this was anything more than standard of care.
