"Great Service " Setting the appointment was challenging, but the overall experience was Great. Discussion of services was exactly what they said it would be and it was on time. Outstanding experience overall. Everyone was friendly and was there to make sure I was comfortable while I waited.

"Exceptional" Took my 328i in for routine service. It was ready sooner than promised. My service advisor, Dan, went out of his way and offered to help with something that was not part of the service. Great job.
"Work was done under estimated time. Recall work." Great experience, pleasant waiting area. Fast service. I was met quickly and pleasantly. I live 65 Miles away and was offered a ride to any where I want to go while I waited.
"Customer Service" As always, the customer service is exceptional. With 3 vehicles from Kuni and a busy lifestyle we find that even getting our oil changed is a pleasant experience.
"Amazing service " They provided great service and were very friendly and accommodating. Priscilla Allard made sure everything I needed got taken care of. I had three recalls serviced and when I got my car back it was cleaned nicely for me and showed that they care to make it feel like how I brought it in. A loaner car was provided for me and even though I had difficult work hours to work around for picking up my car they made sure there was a good time for both of us.
"Kuni BMW always takes the extra step" Recently I was out of town and was advised by my X3 to add air to a tire. Also someone said my right driving light was out. I called Kuni and they worked me in on a busy Wednesday and helped me get a loaner so that I could pick up my grandson so his Momna could get yo work. It was smooth sailing! Everything checked out fine and I’m on the road again! Thanks Dan and the whole Kuni staff!
"Service appt. " Always courteous and helpful. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, everyone is great! Comfortable waiting area w/ refreshments. Great job!
