"Annual service on X5" The service receptionist when I called was courteous and offered service opening times available. They had a time slot available within a couple of days of my change oil alert coming on. I was happy they were able to get me within a few days The service was to take two hours. "Great fairly quick service!" Priscilla was quick in understanding my dilemma and getting my car set up to be repaired. (Discount tire stripped my locking lug nut so wheel can’t come off). Good service experience and Priscilla was excellent!
"Incredibly responsive, communicative, and accommodating. " Kuni is awesome and have worked with me and exceeded my expectations every step of the way. My only complaint is that they are pretty intense and obsessive about loaner cars being inspected and returned with a full tank. However, if that’s what it takes to maintain this fabulous level of service, they shouldn’t change a thing!!! I can’t recommend them more highly at this point!

"Recall and maintenance service" I love on the coast and travel over 2 hours just to do business with kuni. The staff is always friendly and helpful and i always receive top notch service. Dan Daily has assisted me the last 2 visits and he is very easy to work with. I never feel like anything is pushed on me. They inspect vehicle, tell me what needs to be done and i pick and choose what works best for me that visit to be worked on.
