"Professional and efficient" Was checked in fast, got my loaner vehicle also fast, was told how long the service would take. Later the afternoon was updated with the status of the service and when I could come and pick up my car. Next morning the car was ready, washed and ready to go. Very professional. Alex
"Courteous and Professional " I traveled from the Seattle area to Kuni to purchase a specific car. Made random contact with Izzy on a Thursday, negotiated deal on a Friday, and picked up the car Tuesday. Izzy was at training the day I picked up, so Camron facilitated the final sales process. Great teamwork gentlemen! Kuni BMW was worth the trip!!

"Great Service" Kuni is a great place to go in terms of excellent customer service- they treat you right from the moment you walk in the door- and while you wait, they have decent snacks and beverages/ not like Portland BMW who has nothing except black coffee and Lipton tea- and they are disorganized there also. "Routine issues" Loaner and all done in a few hours. Got great service from Drew when he took me to my loaner—fast and explained paperwork better than ever before.
"Terrible welcome, excellent loaner car and actual service " The quality of service is the reason why we have BMWs. In the last quarter the welcome/in funnel pesonel have changed from wonderful and welcoming to don't care- why are you here? It's really a shame. I'm sure this can be resolved with personal education, again the rest if the service chain is wonderful the loaner car, the service managers and mechanic staff are pobably the best in Oregon!
"Great experience with out of state M3 purchase" Jakob and Beni made the process of purchasing a BMW M3 out of state smooth, transparent and easy. Communication was excellent, my e-mails were answered quickly and we also touched base on the phone a couple of times. They worked with me on price, offered me a fair trade-in value, and had the new car ready and prepped when I drove down from Seattle on a Saturday.
"Fast, convenient." My one minor concern was that the back of the car where the warranty work was done was not cleaned very well and marks were left on the seat and the door.
"Right on time" BMW did the oil change and maintenance check right on time and my car runs so much better after that. Communication was great! The shuttle driver Paul picked me up right on time, exactly at 12:30 pm where he dropped me off- that was awesome service! Lastly, whoever cleaned my car found my missing Fitbit watch ! Overall I say service was excellent!
