Marcus was the salesman we worked with. He was professional and personable. We didn't feel pressured or mislead by him or the Kuni team. Marie did a great job of explaining the financial aspects of the deal.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rich Heller in purchasing a 2017 BMW X1. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. On a side note, the engine of the BMW that I drove into the dealership to use as a trade-in didn't start when it was time to assess its value. Unidentified leak. Without an appointment, the service dept took immediate action. Identified the problem, arranged a courtesy vehicle and kept us apprised of status until the problem was fixed. Exceptional service and helpful, friendly staff.
We came in to just look at a Mercedes that was on display. Just look turned into a must buy! Very courteous sales, management and finance team
