We had arranged to meet so he could introduce me to the parts department & make sure I was happy with my vehicle. I have taken my 135i to Kuni going on eight years now and have no regrets whatsoever. From initial sales to service to parts to reception to scheduling and loaners, the staff is always professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable about the various models and more. I like knowing that all parts and service are done by highly trained professional technicians and that Kuni stands behind their work. Check-in was fast and painless. Service advisor was friendly and prepared for me. Loaner vehicle was clean and ready to go. The loaner was the same model, but the current year's version. Service done quickly and efficiently. Car delivered washed and ready for pick-up. Flawless visit.

Had tire blowout on 205. Called Kuni and they had tire (only one in Portland Metro area that had it). They helped us with a tow company and fixed tire when we got there.

Came in to have recalls performed on my I3. I was met by dan dailey that took my keys and information and had all paper work ready to be signed right away. I left vehicle for the day. When i came back at 5pm vehicle was all washed, recalls were performed. No complaints here.

5 stars because I had for as far as leaving the dealership to go home and sleep because I had no optimism in me getting away with a vehicle Not two hours later I was called about a 0-down deal Was able to drive off the lot with a much much nicer car than my own, a week later and I still can't believe it

Started on-line with negotiations, came into the dealership to finalize. The handoff from the internet rep to the in-house salesperson was seamless. I got what I felt was a good deal on my purchase and a fair amount for my trade-in. Spent plenty of time with the Tech-genius and got a good overview of the features the car offers.

Our experience buying our first BMW from Mike Baggs at Kuni BMW was so exceptional that when we were ready to buy our second BMW 535 we called Mike to make sure he would be there to work with us again. His associate Scott Senkel who has recognized us in the showroom on subsequent visits comes right up to us and asks if there is anything he can do for us. When we buy our next BMW, we will always ask for Mike or Scott.
