Excellent and responsive to my immediate needs. Unexpected tire blowout . Dealership took the car in, balanced tires and replaced them. Provided a "loaner" car for the afternoon.

Called, made service appointment, told them I'd need a "loaner".....date and time met my schedule....got there on time, they got car signed-in promptly, told me estimated cost of service, I asked that they go thru whole care and fix whatever need be.......went to loaner car person, requested a specific model as we are contemplating buying one, got that model.......later in day got call that additional needed service was noted during inspection (was something I expected due to something they had told me previously)......work ... read more

My service adviser, Audra, was exceptionally professional all the way. She communicated well at all points along the way and is a credit to the KUNI organization.
Because of my ins. company sending me to horrible windshield replacement company after being hit by Portland "sand" (aka large gravel) after owning my new BMW 3 DAYS!, I had to ask Kuni to reprogram my SOS button and make sure the other smart features were working properly. Kuni has ALWAYS been the best when it comes to servicing our cars. This time was no exception! Even getting me a loaner car on the spot when they realized it would take longer than originally thought.
