This year I've bought a M3 M4 and two M5's from Kuni, the longest I've waited was a hour. I couldn't say enough about these guys not only have I purchased these cars from them but the service center has been on top of it every single time I've had any issues or concerns no matter how foolish they were . I drive 6 hours one way - 12 total - to do business with KUNI BMW. I returned/leased 2 cars this weekend, so that meant 24 hours on the road. Given that I live 15 minutes from my local BMW dealer and drive past at least two others to get to Beaverton, that's a pretty strong endorsement. When my leases are up, I'll be back. I've referred clients to Ryan Malone as well, and they feel the same way... and travel even further to reach KUNI BMW!

Not new to BMW vehicles; two 7(s), two 5(s), and one 3 series we have owned over the years. This was our first experience with Kuni BMW and were very please with the staff and our assigned service adviser Nick Hongo. We have always enjoyed the relationship of the service department with our previous vehicles and have remained customers of the BMW product line over the years because of that association with the service department. Nick kept us informed and had our vehicle back to us on time.

My favorite part of the car leasing experience was working with John Murphy. John was professional and quick to respond to questions. John was also kind and funny.
