We were treated amazing from the initial entry into the service department which was the main reason we made a trip to Kuni. Nick in service was terrific! We then met with Jakob to discuss options for a future purchase. Then, once we decided to go ahead and purchase a car on that day, we experienced amazing service from Adam as well. We'd highly recommend Kuni...we have been customers since 2005 and now have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership.

The Car I wanted to look at and purchase was waiting on the special show room floor. It was clean and ready for a test drive. The deal went exactly as agreed upon and the time it took to take my lease return vehicle back was minimal. Excellent in every manner.

I had the opportunity to enter into my second lease arrangement with Kuni BMW. I did not think they could have exceeded their service level from my first lease 3 years ago. Surprisingly, they did. Every issue i had was anticipated by the staff and brought forward. It was a totally stress free and professional experience.

This is our 3rd BMW. Two of which were purchased in Seattle, Washington and our recent purchase of a used 2009 BMW 128 i convertible in Beaverton, Oregon. Negotiations took a minimal amount of time and little stress. Our Sales Representative, Patrick Murphy kept us informed throughout the process. Because of some minor service maintenance and a air bag recall, we were unable to take our car home that day. However, Patrick said he would deliver the car the next day and he did..
