This was my second time at this dealership. The first time (last summer) I came in I just wanted to see a vehicle that I found online but I wasn't ready to buy and didn't interact with the employees very much. This time, I sent an email asking for particular 2017 M3 I've been wanting to order online for a while and the dealership actually had the exact same car, color and features I wanted. I dealt with Mike Baggs by phone and in person. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. Mike negotiated the sale including trade-in by phone (I live in Sisters). When I arrived at Kuni BMW the next day my car was ready for me and there were no surprises. I wouldn't hesitate to reccommend Mike and Kuni BMW to my friends.
I was assisted as soon as I walked in the door. It was fast and effiecient and everything was explained to me, including what to expect of my car in the future.
This is my second transaction with Jakob and 4th total with Kuni. Jakob is very honest, trustworthy and transparent. Love working with him! The Kuni dealership has a large inventory and well organized website.
Both Doug and Andra showed interest in understanding what I wanted in a car. We identified the right car quickly and the sales process was fast and efficient. I've taken my business to Kuni for a number of years and have always felt like I've been treated in a friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful manner.

Got seen right away on arrival. Got checked and my loaner out within 15". Upon completion effective checkout. When I arrived to get my vehicle my service representative was tied up on the phone and someone else stepped right in and checked me out. Excellent "job sharing" to help the "customer." he could have easily had said "wait here and he'll get to you as soon as he can."
I came into this dealership after looking at reviews posted online, and was not disappointed. Bryan worked with my bank to make sure all of the paperwork was expedited and I couldn't ask for a better salesman than George. He went through each car and gave positives and negatives for each one and really helped me decide which one was right for me. Couldn't have asked for a better deal !!!
More inventory as compared with other BMW dealerships. Simple negotiation over the phone. Thanks for holding so we could plan our trip to inspect and purchase
