I had my "encore" appointment with Connor Boyd at Kuni BMW this week. I bought a X3 last month and wanted some additional tutoring on all of the features. Connor was great. He answered all of my questions, helped me get my new phone synced with the car, and gave me some additional help learning my navigation and sound system. Thanks, Connor!!!

I had a great experience with Ethan Drakeley at Kuni BMW. My car came with many features I was unfamiliar with and Ethan was very helpful in showing me how to operate them all. I came in with a long list of questions relating to the x drive system in various terrains and conditions. He took the time to explain the best way to set up my car with Portland’s ever changing weather. Ethan was excellent! My entire experience was so much fun. The car was ready when I arrived, I was able to have my family and team with me, we took pictures, had balloons and cookies! Mike was my salesman and Joseph was the "Genius". These guys are great to work with. I bought two BMWs this year from them and that was my third through Mike.
