I visited Northwest BMW on a whim when my car was in the shop for collision repairs with no concrete intention of buying a new vehicle and Destani was able to show and explain a great many things to me about the various BMW X series vehicles. From the dealer to the BMW genius who answered all my questions, it was a wonderful experience. More than just wanting to sell a car, they wanted to educate me on the car's engineering and financial responsibilities. In one test drive I was sold and have changed my mind from a sedan to an SUV.
