I purchase my second BMW from Eric at Northwest BMW recently .I come to this BMW store often for service and Eric is always in service department helping someone get into a newer car. So when it was my time for me to get a new car I knew who to call and needless to say he was amazing. He treated me and my wife like rock stars. We received Great price and excellent service! We will send all of our friends and family to Northwest and tell them to see our guy Eric Lowery.
We stopped in at 7pm to look at a pre-owned vehicle and their staff was incredibly accommodating. Eric was our sales manager and he could not have been kinder or treated us any better. From the moment we walked in, it was as if we were repeat clients who always did business with them. We had the luck to work with Venol Burke at the dealership and he was very patient and kind with me as I tried out different cars in January 2017.
