The excellent experience that I received was out of this world. Especially the customer service that the sales rep Omari Latif provided. I know when I want something very specific I can be the worst customer. Omari had a lot of patience when assisting me with picking out my vehicle. WOW!!! After a miserable experience with the Towson dealership sales team (fast talking, pushed exotic financing to get to my number, rude) after having taking my old BMW for service there for years, I visited Northwest for the first time. What a difference. From the start Ms. Anderson made me feel welcomed. They had the vehicle I wanted and they worked with me to make it happen. Needless to say, I found my new BMW dealership and service center.
Our Sales Associate Mrs Anderson went above and way beyond her call of duty to assure I was driving away with the car I WANTED. She was very professional friendly and above all HUMAN at the same time. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a new or used car.
