This is my first time leasing a bmw car I? was so happy that within one week my wife also lease one , when it was time for my first oil change I’ve call the service department of Northwest BMW and spoke with Jeff. As soon I arrived he had a rental car ready for me, I was never use to this cain of service from other!! Well worth the trip from CT, Karen and the rest of the staff at Northwest made for a fun, painless experience. Karen was so sweet, honest, and easy to work with. Went in for one car, left with two!
