My overall experience was great. Would purchase another vehicle here again. Every person I encountered during the process was very friendly, knowledgable and made the purchase that much better.

The team at NW BMW was accommodating and outgoing, and they provided prompt and timely replies to requests and excellent service. They responded to our web-based queries regarding a new x5, and they provided a straightforward approach to car buying. When we had a minor technical issues after picking up our new vehicle, they addressed this promptly and were extremely apologetic and accommodating. We are now enjoying our new x5 and grateful for the efforts of the NW BMW staff for making our experience excellent.

I love my new X6 xDrive35i. It's absolutely gorgeous! But, most important to me was the phenomenal service and special touches that I received at Northwest BMW. Everyone was wonderful. This is the 8th BMW that either I or a member of my family has purchased from Northwest. As always the sales staff was great to work with and they made the purchase of my new BMW as easy buying a car can be. I guess it goes without saying I would recommend Northwest to anyone buying a new BMW. Just to add to this review I can also say that the service experience is the best I have ever had. The service advisers are great and service is always done promptly and well.
