We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We are 100% happy with our new BMW 320 xdrive. Very first one and I know we will be getting another. It truly is the Ultimate Driving Experience and with the incredible sales associate we had Barbara, we walked out with a great deal and feeling very relieved to finally find a genuine dealership to work with along with a reliable safe vehicle to ride in. We will definitely be back!

From the moment I arrived and the car was in front ready for a test drive, my buying experience was top notched. My sales person Kerim was friendly, knowledgeable and made the test drive stress free. The negotiations were quick, reasonable and the deal was done fast. Ended up with a great price on a 2016 M4 and was out the door within two and half hours of arrival. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and they well exceeded the high standards of a BMW dealership.

This is my second purchase from Northwest and I am satisfied with both encounters. My sales person, Karen Anderson was patient, honest, and caring. She is dedicated to the customer in making sure he/she is comfortable with their purchase. Karen makes sure she follows up and extends her availability long after the sale. I gave a rating of 5 stars because of the respect and professionalism that I experienced at this dealership. I have long been a fan of the BMW product and this is my second BMW. I am new to the area and actually wasn't really planning on buying a vehicle right now. I told my client representative what I wanted to make as a down payment and the amount I was able to comfortably afford on a monthly payment. She got together with the office staff and they made that happen. I was happy and they were happy. There was no bait and switch or hidden fees once I made up my mind to buy the car. Everyone was upfront and courteous. Although the staff was professional and enthusiastic, there was never any high pressure to buy.
