Angel was helpful, although I feel he could have been more helpful and personable. When I started communications over the phone with him, he was not very social. He was more short and to the point. He answered my questions but very quickly and short. When I finally arrived at the dealership he was very much the same. Just very short and somewhat reserved. Not only did he help us pick out the perfect vehicle he and the rest of the staff made sure we knew how to properly operate and care for the vehicle. I knew what I wanted before I arrived. John Kim worked wonderfully in just making things happen - didn't even suggest I consider a new 2015 model. I knew what was going on at all times and even when there was a 'bump in the road' when vehicle was showing a fault when I went to take 'delivery', John just said he'd have it fixed and deliver it at 12:00 the following day. That is just what happened. Not everything needs to be exciting.
