I have been to a total 6 different dealers looking at cars for the last 5 months. I have been to 3 BMW dealers, Towson and Bel Air. John Kim did the best job out of all of these dealers ships in showing us cars that we were interested in taking home. I love my new car and will enjoy driving it for years to come. I am planning on dealing with the Pikesville Service department for most of my service in the future. Everyone really did a great job! Thank you!

I am a second time customer of Northwest. My entire buying experience was quick fast and efficient from beginning to end. My Sales person Eric knew my needs and helped me make a very well informed new car choice. I am a very satisfied customer and I recommend Northwest BMW anytime hands down!!!

We have nothing but praise for our salesperson Mr. John Kim and the rest of the Northwest BMW staff. We've purchased several cars and this was by far the best car buying experience ever. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. They made the process of buying a car stress free! Andy was kind and understood our situation and made my son and I very comfortable. He didn't pressure us in any way and answered all of our questions.

Best experience I ever had purchasing a car. I purchased an i3 and had a lot of questions about an electric car. I contacted Ken Hobbs many times with questions and he was always patient, friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. If I left a message he would promptly return my call. I was actually looking for a Mercedes E350 when I decided to try out a BMW 535i xDrive. After driving this vehicle, I knew it was the car for me. Frank, the sales employee, took time explaining all the features of the vehicle. He was knowledgeable about the Mercedes Benz and he was able to make educated comparisons. I was stressing about buying a new car, but my sales rep John was very knowledgable and kind. There was no pressure at all and I left the dealership with a wonderful X3. I really like the fact that I can come back or call at any time with questions I may have. I will recommend this dealership and my salesman to all of my friends.

They kept welcoming me to the family. Although this is my second new vehicle purchase, never before have I felt that the excitement I felt for buying a new car was genuinely shared by all of the staff where I made the purchase. From the text messages to all of the warm smiles and congratulatory words, I understand why they say I will never drive any other make of vehicle again!
